WeTooling organizes developer-tool documentation, standards, and changelogs into decision frameworks — so you can pick the right CI/CD pipeline, database, deployment platform, or AI assistant for your specific situation, not a generic “best of” ranking.
Who’s behind this
WeTooling is published by Dream Collection Hall LLC, a small independent software studio based in Sheridan, Wyoming. Our editorial lead, Morgan Hale, spent eight years in developer-relations and technical-editor roles at developer-tooling companies and has synthesized documentation and standards for 200+ tool evaluations across CI/CD, databases, DevOps, and the AI-assistant wave. Technical workflow content is written by Theo Brandt.
How we work
- We don’t claim hands-on testing we didn’t do. Every technical claim is anchored to vendor documentation, industry standards, or a cited source — with a version and a date.
- We currently publish without affiliate links — vendor names are references, not promotions. See our Affiliate Disclosure for exactly how this works and what will change if that ever does.
- We don’t accept payment in exchange for coverage, and we name a tool’s weaknesses even when it’s popular.
